Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
In the App Store app open your account → Subscriptions, or visit Manage Subscriptions.
Where are my documents stored?
On your Mac, in the folders you open. MarkDock has no account and no servers that store your content.
